Questions we get asked
Which Odoo versions are supported?
PDF Returns works with Odoo 16, 17 and 18. Live Inventory Accounting works with Odoo 19, the version that changed how stock is posted to the ledger. All on Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or self-hosted: nothing is installed on your instance; we use Odoo's standard API.
What counts as a transaction?
One document or transfer turned into one Odoo record: a return note imported, or a stock transfer posted to your ledger. Parsing, reviewing and re-running are free.
What does Live Inventory Accounting change in my ledger?
It posts the entries Odoo 18 used to post and Odoo 19 no longer does: one journal entry per receipt, delivery and return through two interim accounts, a reclassification when the bill or invoice is posted, and the difference when a value changes later. It starts in Review mode, so you see every entry before anything is written, and everything it posts can be reversed from the setup page.
My retailer's PDF isn't a template you support yet.

Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. Add one whenever you like; otherwise the workspace turns read-only after 14 days. Cancel any time from Billing.
Is my data safe?
Your API key is encrypted at rest. PDFs are processed in memory and not stored; only a fingerprint and the parsed lines are kept.
